Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $9.99 or
FREE for orders over $150 (before taxes and after discounts/rewards)
Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $16.99
Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $26.99

Orders using Reward Points:

We love it when you use your reward points! However, our current system doesn’t allow us to automatically offer free shipping when your point usage drops your order total below $150. Because of this, we’ve created two tips for you to maximize your rewards:

Option 1 – Pay Shipping + Get Free Merch 
Use your reward points and pay the normal shipping rate ($9.99 for Economy). As a courtesy, we will include free merchandise and gear (valued equal to or greater than your shipping cost). 

Option 2 – Get Free Economy Shipping
Spend an additional $150 or more on top of the rewards you used This will qualify your entire order for FREE Economy Shipping since the net total is over $150. Thank you for your understanding!

How is FREE Shipping Calculated?

Automatic FREE economy shipping is offered if order is over $150 (before taxes and after regular discount codes) With the exception of reward points that drops your order total under $150, we would add extra freebies to help cover your shipping cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping rates are based on the total weight of the order. Please add items to your cart to see final shipping costs before checking out.

Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

We currently do not ship to PO Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please use a physical street address when placing your order.

Will all of my items be shipped together?

We make every effort to ship all items together. If your order requires shipment from multiple warehouses, we will notify you by email. You will not be charged extra for multiple packages.

I received the wrong item/I am missing an item, what can I do?

Please contact us through email or live chat, and we will resolve it for you right away.
